Abstract
Concern over the safety and durability of air-conditioning systems has focused attention on the role played by power system stability. Solutions are obtained by dynamic programming for several configurations commonly encountered in air-conditioning systems. The measured response differed from the predicted one by less than 7% throughout the test programme. The findings underline the importance of local conditions in the design of such systems.
