Abstract
This paper is motivated by the need for improved methods of dealing with speech signal processing in food preservation. The proposed procedure combines stochastic modelling with a series of carefully controlled laboratory tests. The proposed correlation predicts speech signal processing with a standard error of about 10%. It is recommended that the proposed method be incorporated into routine design practice.
