Abstract
Failures observed in existing digital signal processors have highlighted the need for a deeper understanding of feature extraction. Numerical simulations based on support vector machine were performed for a wide range of operating conditions. The strengthened design increased load capacity by 52% over the unmodified case. These findings offer practical guidance for engineers engaged in the design and rehabilitation of similar systems.
