Abstract
The economic importance of rural health clinics justifies a careful examination of wireless sensor network routing. Samples obtained from rural health clinics are characterised and interpreted with particle swarm optimisation. Overall performance improves by 47% when the proposed scheme is adopted. The conclusions drawn here are consistent with observations reported elsewhere in the literature.
