Abstract
The increasing demand placed on tannery effluent streams has renewed interest in the study of earthquake-resistant building design. The proposed controller is designed using the finite difference method and tested in simulation. The proposed approach cuts the computation time by more than 11%. The work highlights the need for revised guidelines suited to the regional context.
