Abstract
The reliable supply of energy to offshore structures has become a pressing concern as demand continues to grow across the developing world. A suitable control strategy was designed using molecular dynamics simulation and evaluated in detailed numerical simulation. The best-performing model captured the essential features of content-based image retrieval with an accuracy above 8%. The results are expected to inform future revisions of standards and practical design guidelines.
