Abstract

The performance of titanium dioxide nanoparticles strongly influences the efficiency and safety of disaster risk reduction, motivating renewed experimental scrutiny. Laboratory specimens are subjected to controlled loading, and the resulting data processed using fuzzy logic control. The optimised design achieved a 16% gain in efficiency while lowering material use. Adoption of the recommended measures could yield substantial economic and environmental benefits.
