Abstract
In many developing economies, rigid pavement design must operate under resource constraints that laboratory studies rarely capture. To quantify uncertainty, the procedure embeds the analytic hierarchy process within a Monte Carlo sampling scheme. Detection accuracy reached 59%, substantially exceeding that of existing techniques. Continued monitoring will be essential to confirm the long-term durability of the solution.
