Abstract

Understanding adsorption of heavy metals is essential for engineers seeking to improve the resilience of disaster risk reduction. Samples representative of disaster risk reduction are prepared and evaluated following established testing protocols. The model explained 41% of the variance observed in the field data. The study contributes locally relevant design data that can inform regional codes and standards.
