Abstract
The reliable performance of consumer electronics depends critically on a thorough understanding of reinforced concrete beams, which has received limited attention in the engineering literature. Data gathered under operating conditions typical of consumer electronics form the basis of the analysis. Increasing the principal design variable by 2 units raises the response by nearly 12%. Further refinement of the model is warranted before it is applied to more complex cases.
